Q: What is the warranty process for SRAM/RockShox/Truvativ/Quarq products?
A: If you are the original owner and the product was purchased within the last two years, follow the steps below to submit your product for warranty evaluation.
Step 1: Take the receipt and your SRAM product to your original point of purchase, or another SRAM retailer. (If your point of purchase is unavailable, please contact the SRAM Service Centre @ Tay Junction via WhatsApp from the bottom left of your screen.)
Step 2: The SRAM Service Centre will notify you/your dealer about the approval or denial of the warranty claim.
If you have questions about the evaluation process, your dealer can contact the Service Centre for your warranty claim’s status.
Q: Why was I charged a fee for warranty repair or replacement?
A: For units purchased from SRAM dealers (local or overseas), handling fee derived from taxes and freight charges may apply. Please ask your SRAM dealer about handling and labour fees before service.
