Q: What is the warranty process for SRAM/RockShox/Truvativ/Quarq products?
A: If you are the original owner and the product was purchased within the last two years, follow the steps below to submit your product for warranty evaluation.
Step 1: Contact your original point-of-purchase (online and offline stores) with the original proof of purchase/tax invoice/receipt. If your point of purchase is unavailable, please fill in the form at this link.
Step 2: The SRAM Service Centre will notify you/your dealer about the approval or denial of the warranty claim.
