How do I pick the right size for a bicycle?

There is a Sizing & Geometry chart tagged to each bicycle. For instance if you are 175cm (+/- 3cm) and the chart recommends size M for riders between 170cm to 180cm tall, size M would be ideal for you.

However If you are 170cm tall and in betweens size S and M, we highly recommend that you visit the store before making a decision.

In the event that you would like to have another size delivered to you, there is an additional fee of $30.

What is your delivery lead time?

If the product is in stock, Local Delivery will take between 1 to 2 weekdays. Delivery fulfilled by NinjaVan will take between 2 to 5 weekdays. For pre-order products, estimated delivery dates will be indicated in the product listing. Do take note that stipulated dates is only an estimation as upstream delays in the logistic chain may trickle downstream.

Will I be required to assemble the bike?

All bicycles will be delivered to you assembled. You will require a 4 or 5mm Allen key to adjust the seat height for some models. Tools are not included.

Can I pay by installment?

We do support installment payment plans by UOB or DBS credit cards in store. For Buy-Now-Pay-Later schemes, Atome is also supported. For credit cards, the limit is SGD$3,000. For debit cards, the limit is SGD$2,000.

What tyre pressure should I pump to?

For tires with inner tube, please check the sidewall of your tires for the recommended pressure.

For Giant's SLR wheelsystem, please follow the tyre pressure recommendation here.

For Cadex's wheelsystem, please follow the tyre pressure recommendation here.

Do I have an account with you if I already provided my email during in-store purchase?
