- Cola - With real Kola nut, lemon and 30mg caffeine. A refreshing natural cola taste.
RECOMMENDED USE: Take one serving (8 chews), 20 minutes before exercise, and then every 45 minutes during exercise or when energy is needed. Maximum daily intake 8 servings.
