Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Item has to be bought within 7 days from date of purchase (proof of purchase is required).
2. Item has to be in new & unused condition with original packaging.
3. Nutrition products are non-exchangeable.
4. Purchases can only be exchanged once.
5. Strictly no refunds on all purchases.
6. Credit vouchers will not be issued if the value of exchanged items are lower than original purchased amount.

Kindly drop us a message to ensure stock availability at the point of exchange. Exchange is limited to the outlet where the purchase was picked up from. An additional fee of $30 is chargeable if delivery is requested.

Delivery Lead Time

If the product is in stock, delivery will take between 1 to 3 weekdays. For pre-order products, estimated delivery dates will be indicated in the product listing. Do take note that stipulated dates is only an estimation as upstream delays in the logistic chain may trickle downstream. Orders fulfilled by NinjaVan takes between 3-5 days.
