3K carbon coupled with expanded polystyrene offers maximum resistance with minimum thickness.
Two structural carbon wings merge with the longitudinal ribs of the shell, creating a highly performing cage.
Carbon as a structural element is a technological innovation: until now used as a finish, it now becomes the soul of the helmet, intertwining with the expanded polystyrene to create a highly performing cage in terms of safety, aerodynamics and ventilation.

AERODYNAMICS :
the pyramidal surface of the longitudinal ribs reduces the impact pressure of the air, which flows more fluidly. The carbon wings allow an easier inflow and a better circulation, the elongated tail avoids turbulence: the result tested by the mathematical simulation systems and tests in the wind tunnel demonstrate an increase in aerodynamic efficiency of 20% compared to the LIMAR Ultralight + model .
Designed with CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software and tested in the Magny-cours wind tunnel, in the Luis Puig Velodrome in Valencia and by Miguel Angel Lopez on the roads of Sestriere during the retreat for the Giro d'Italia.
